Frank Burgess The divorce was something that I absolutely did not ever want. Prior to Karens representation, I had retained an "attorney" that could not represent himself in a dispute with a lemonade stand operator. A total waste of time, effort and money! My amazing personal Doctor recommended Karen. It was the best thing that anyone did for me during this terrible process. Karen took the destruction from my prior counselor and his office staff and, with Amys incredible help and organizational skills, put the opposing counsel on notice that this was going to be a professionally managed and represented case. I never looked back. The work was very difficult and time consuming as much of it had already been done and had to be repeated. (Costly). Within a couple of months, depositions were finally taken and a successful mediation was completed. There was no real winner in my situation. I was thankful that Karen was ferociously focused and objective on drawing me into the fight. The divorce is now final, sadly, and we are finally able to move on with our separate lives.
