He and his staff never lost patience and remained helpful and pleasant with me over my many, many questions and emails. After discerning my wants and needs, Mike provided me with a complete, professional trust and will, in a very handy, labeled binder, at a reasonable price! They did the necessary recordation for me and even provided a very helpful instruction packet on how to change names, will, beneficiaries etc in the future if desired.
