Felt like a family member and the way banking should be…you know, OLD SCHOOL!

This credit union is great & would recommend everyone do their financial needs through Keys FCU! Also, big thanks to Charmel at the Marathon location for finishing my process! 1 /5 Sebe Christian: We all sat in the drive-through Friday evening myself and three other cars for about 10 minutes. They refused to acknowledge the drive-through for those 10 minutes. Then conveniently when it was 6 o’clock they said they were closed. There are plenty of other banks that would love an $80,000 truck loan. In the coming weeks I’ll be searching for a new bank. This bank hires high school students who are apathetic. They would rather sit on their phone and talk amongst themselves for the last 10 minutes than help customers.

1 /5 Laura Andrade: My parents have been with this bank since they moved to Key West in the 90’s. Always was extremely reliable. I am closing my account with them today because I cannot take the service anymore. At this location, they hire high school students who sit on their phones and giggle behind the counter. Left on hold for over 15 min at a time for simple questions, fraud happens and no one knows how to help. I do not feel safe keeping my money at this bank. The ONLY person who is a true professional is Chaner. But unfortunately at a bank where $$$$ is being dealt with, you need more than 1 great employee to keep an account open with them.
