I love the fact that he takes the time to make sure that you understand clearly whats going on with no haste. Liane omg such a heaven sent, she held my hand step by step through this process. I have never been in an accident before so this was all foreign to me and she was a tremendous help. She comforted me assured me it will that it will be ok, I could feel her aura ,and positive energy through the phone, whenever she calls. This firm cares about clients as an individual. 1 /5 Pete: Terrible Experience – Stay Away from This Law Firm! I had a horrible experience with this firm — run and don’t look back! I was involved in a serious three-way collision and suffered significant injuries. Instead of helping, they delayed my case for over six months, did the absolute bare minimum, and treated me with complete disrespect. Liane, in particular, was incredibly unprofessional — cold, unresponsive, and seemed to have zero compassion. Mark, the attorney, literally told me my case “wasn’t worth anything” and that’s why they weren’t doing anything about it. That was the last straw. Thankfully, I switched to a new attorney, and the difference has been night and day. They actually answer my questions, keep me informed, and have already demonstrated that my case is worth far more than I was led to believe. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this law firm. They wasted my time, added stress to an already painful situation, and nearly cost me fair compensation.
