India Jaysi Oh my goodness prayed last night that the assistance would fall through, woke up this morning with an email that my utility bill was paid! Kenya was such a great help, she was very pleasant. And really helped me through this hard time. I applied online on a Friday and heard back from Kenya on Monday.
