It was great to have a person answer the phone on the first call and I was able to explain my issues to Marcy with the hope of setting up an initial consultation. Marcy was very polite and professional to me as I tried to explain all of the issues that I was concerned about. She asked questions and gathered the relevant documents that I could provide and told me that she would sit down with Jill Schwartz and determine the best course of action for my case. As promised, she contacted my within one business day with the firms recommendations for moving forward. Above all, I was pleasantly surprised by the caring and genuine compassion that Marcy exhibited as we discussed the short-term disability issues affecting my family.
