I can honestly say that Michael McAfee did above and beyond his job to ensure that my son came home. He went to bed and ways that Ive never seen a public defender do before he always called me back whenever I called him or reached out to him for any information whatsoever he called me back with the information needed. I cannot thank him enough for the hard work that he done over the two years we had three different public defenders within those 3 years and his work was by far the best. Maria Fajardo I had reservations about a “As Is” Real Eastate deal and I wanted to back out of it. The home had a 40 yr old, missing, loose, cracked tiles, Electrical panel and Polybutylene pipes that needed replacing and 2 Home Insurance brokers were unwilling to insure the home. Seller fixed the pipes and electrical panel but, not the roof. Closing date had passed and we extended a few times due to the seller not willing to fix a 24 broken/missing tiles and Mrs. Nunez helped me with the decision. The seller and I made a deal for him to fix the roof and we’re now for him to finish so, we can close the deal.
