1 /5 Goth Daddy: I retained Mr. Marsee for a child custody case to establish paternity. I was warned by many to not retain him, but I did not listen because at one point he was a great lawyer and had done my mothers custody case. After almost 2 years he made no progress in my case literally (0% progress). I had to stay on top of him for everything and he had no drive or modern knowledge to help me progress in my case. He is too old to be an attorney at this point. He basically took my money and did not fight for me and told me there was nothing he could do. I ended up having to let thousands of dollars go that he refused to reimburse and hired a new lawyer who in two months made things happen. Dont put your hands in the wrong person because if it is a child custody case, your child deserves the best and someone who will actually look out for the best interest of your child. I am deeply ashamed that one wrong decision cost me years of precious time with my child.
