I consulted with dozens of immigration attorneys over several years - including "big names" in the industry - and none of them believed I qualified for an EB-1A visa. Honestly, I didnt either. But apparently, Tim believed in me and in my accomplishments more than I believed in myself, and although mine was not an easy case and we also received a hard RFE, he DID it!!!
