Patricia Dillman Recently I was in a bind regarding paperwork for our taxes. It was truly going to take me days of forensic accounting to do my project. Then Doug and Jarrod came to my rescue… instead of days, they gave me the information I needed within minutes. This banking team is priceless. They are what a banking experience should be … caring, knowledgeable and efficient… I can’t give this branch a high enough rating. Any poor ratings on this site had to be with some other group because these people are fantastic!

As soon as I arrived I opened an account and have never looked back, because no matter which branch I have visited the customer service is unfailingly friendly, helpful and reliable. They take care of their customers!

Jennifer Helms I received a phone call from this company to schedule delivery but before they scheduled my delivery the girl on the phone asked me how we were going to unload the parcel from the delivery truck. I asked her why she was asking me that. They had been hired to deliver the product so it should be their responsibility to get it off the truck. After she put me on hold and had a conversation with someone there she came back on the phone and said they could deliver it and that we would not need anything to get it off the truck. We then scheduled the delivery time and again she mentioned something about having a way to get it off the truck. I again told her they were hired to get it off the truck so the expectation was that they would do just that. The delivery was set for 3pm on Tuesday. I was told someone had to be there so we took off work to be there. No one showed up. I called at 3:30 and they said it was next on the delivery and would be there in 20 minutes. At 6pm they still were not there. At that point they said 45 minutes. I then get a call at 7:11 from the company saying if you still want it delivered we can come deliver it now and be there in ten minutes or we can reschedule. I said we have taken off to get it today. We want it delivered. So at 7:30 the product that was supposed to be delivered at 3 was delivered. I would never hire this company to deliver anything.
