1 /5 Joseph Gizzi: I would NOT do business with this company. You do NOT own the motorcycle after the lease. AND they charge credit card interest. My girlfriend got approved and thank goodness we didn’t accept the deal. $20,000 for an $8,000 motorcycle that you down own. That’s OUTRAGEOUS!!

5 /5 Larry Ross: I would use them again they have been great they have helped me through some very tough times and got me on a great bike Trisha Moore has been fantastic she makes you feel like you’re part of a family and I want her to know that I appreciate that more than anything so you all keep doing good for the people and they will be back I know that I sure will. But I just want to say thanks to all of you and we love the bike

1 /5 Lee Leum: This place has the worst customer service. There is no communication between representatives. They don’t make notes about what you discuss with them and every time you talk to someone they have a different version of what’s been said or done. At first they’re ok but if you get behind they turn into assholes with a brazen and condescending attitude.

1 /5 Rachelle Mullins: My husband leased the motorcycle 6yrs ago. On the second of June this year,we decided to just pay it off. On the 4th he signed all necessary documents to do the payoff. Its been 12 days since then,and no one has reached out to him to finish the payoff process. Ive called numerous times and got told that staff was on vacation. Everything was great with this company until we decided we wanted to pay off the motorcycle. Now we feel like we are being gaslit,and ghosted. 8/4/2025 We were finally able to pay off the bike on June 20th. We are now going in to week 7 and still have not received the title/Loan Satisfaction documents. This is not ok!!!

5 /5 Eric: Im just going to say this, had an issue, and thanks to Tricia Moore, who contacted me right back, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Cant say enough about Tricia, but she rocks !!!!!, (UPDATE) This company has gotten bad, went to lease another bike less then a month ago got approved, had to cancel due to some family issues. Went today to lease another bike,nothing has changed in the past month, and was declined. When I bought my previous bike over two years ago, paid it completely off including the end payment, Dont know what happened to this company but there not how they were before
