1 /5 M. Luper: Fraud. Do not trust insurance money meant for insurance policies to Richard "Rick" Hopwood. He squandered money entrusted to him meant for our companys Great American company policy. The funds were promised to be repaid. Almost a full year later, over $18,000 has not been repaid. We lost the money. A much trusted partner however is IOA. A top notch company with 20 years of positive support and fair dealings.

5 /5 Dacoda Grevois: I have been in business with this company for quite a few years now, and they have always been right there if I ever needed any help or questions! I recently had to switch my policy, and it couldn’t have been easier. Sonja had found me the best policy for the best price in a matter of minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service, she is truly wonderful and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to anyone out there needing help with insurance needs.

1 /5 Debbie Velazquez: I have need dealing with Langston Insurance for many years.. They were great to work with. Then I guess Hopwood Insurance took over their clients and I never knew it until renewal time when I tried to make payment and had a hard time contacting anyone. It took over a week. Then any and all communication for anything I needed moving forward til now has just been more of the same. Its my belief theyre not in the business of running a business and especially not one with integrity. I had to go directly to the Insurance underwriter to change agencies. When I called today to touch base just out of curiosity I got a ns story of how I didnt get the communication I should have due to the storm. Well that was false be ause I did some checking and that whole building never lost power, phone or internet. So I definitely dont recommend a company or its staff/owners who dont take responsibility or have integrity. I found a company who i have had more communication in 2 days then I have with Hopwood in 2 years...

1 /5 Dan Proctor: They took 3 grand from me and then 30 days later they canceled me. What that means is when they took the 3 grand they already knew they were going to cancel me. I would never recommend them to anybody... Except maybe my worst enemy. 1/100th of a star is not available to post, so I had to give 1 star and thats way too high of a rating.

1 /5 SG Translations: ⚠️‼️Do not dare to buy your insurance in this place, they are not even a serious company, they are the worst place, they steal from their employees, they do not pay them for their work, they make them lie to their clients, many people believe that they have their insurance here and it turns out that in this place they do not pay the insurance companies either but they keep the clients money, DO NOT GET ANYTHING HERE, THEY ARE THE WORST ‼️‼️
