I was immediately greeted at every step in the process with an attentive and knowledgeable team who quickly responded to my (many) questions and concerns and who made me feel like I was their only client. I was guided through the process by Attorney Tenenblatt, who not only provided stellar legal advise, detailed the process every step of the way, was quick to respond to (many) messages on a professional level, but was also very compassionate, understanding, and caring about my concerns and worries. I am forever grateful to her and her team for their guidance and assistance during a very worrisome time. In addition to the above, Holland Law Group made it easy to sign paperwork, accommodate with zoom calls/meetings, as they are high tech and have several locations. 1 /5 Adrian Sula: I almost hired Kristina Gonzalez to represent me in a small claims lawsuit, but thankfully, I decided not to move forward after doing more research. She reviewed my case paperwork but completely missed critical defects that would have fundamentally changed the direction of my case. She failed to catch that I had never been properly served, and she also overlooked the fact that the plaintiffs complaint was missing the required documentation proving ownership of the debt. Instead of identifying these major legal issues, she simply recommended that I settle without fighting back or questioning the validity of the case. Had I hired her, I would have wasted $800 on a settlement strategy that was unnecessary and harmful to my position. It was only because I sought a second opinion that I realized how badly this situation was mishandled. Consumers deserve attorneys who carefully review the facts, protect their clients rights, and do not push for settlement when a case has serious defects. Sadly, that was not my experience here with Kristina Gonzalez. If you want an attorney who truly defends you and pays attention to important legal details, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Response to owners reply: Thank you for your response. However, respectfully, your reply misses the point of my review. My concern was never about whether the case would end after one hearing. My concern was that when I consulted with your firm, Kristina Gonzalez failed to recognize major defects in the plaintiffs complaint, including that I had not even been properly served, and that the complaint lacked the required assignment of ownership to establish standing. Instead of identifying these critical issues, I was simply advised to settle because she has experience with that collector, and they usually have all the necessary documents without any deeper analysis. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion, which helped me realize that settling at that stage would have been a costly mistake, especially given the obvious flaws in the complaint. The issue is not about whether your firm has thousands of reviews. It is about the quality and attention given to each individual client’s situation. In my case, the advice I received was rushed, lacked thorough review, and almost led me into an unnecessary financial loss. I appreciate your firms success with other clients, but I am entitled to share my honest experience so that others can make an informed decision. I would have respected and possibly changed my rating with a more humble acknowledgment, but your reply made it clear that constructive feedback is not something you are willing to accept.
