1 /5 Katie C: I would strongly caution anyone considering this accounting firm. I hired them to file my taxes for one single year, and somehow, I ended up paying over $3,000—a completely unreasonable amount for basic tax services. They claimed to have done bookkeeping, but I never received any proof of that. They also charged me for filing my tangible taxes, yet they never actually did it. Despite asking for clarification, I was continuously billed without explanation or proper documentation. My experience with Noelle was a complete headache. She talks so fast and overwhelms you to the point that you leave feeling mentally drained. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her. The one conversation I had with the actual accountant, Karen, was somewhat pleasant and not nearly as overwhelming. If you’re looking for transparency, fair pricing, and actual proof of services rendered, I recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was nothing short of frustrating, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same.
