Vanessa Cusell Dont deposit cash in the ATM outside. It ate all my rent money. However with that being said, the store manager Allen Wier was amazing in helping me get my money back. The bank does not service the outside ATM, but he was on the phone instantly with the company, and he filed a claim for my money. Although I did have to wait 3 business days, the money was back in my account. Im very thankful for all his help.

She went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was verified and updating my information. Ashley also helped me confirm and change my user ID and password for online banking. Throughout the process, she thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why, which I greatly appreciated. Ashley also took the time to explain the banking products and the great features they offer. I was able to get a new debit card and set up my Zelle account, all thanks to her assistance.
