My husband and I left our last planner due to concerns we had; and after meeting with this team, we realized she invested our money based on her commissions and her interests. We highly recommend this financial planning group. They will make you feel like you are part of the family.

Bizjet My wife went in and needed to speak to accounts manager. He was on a personal call and ignored my wife she walked out after ten minutes. He did not even acknowledge her standing there.

Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!
