The entire staff was empathetic and over time become your team of positivity and encouragement. Sometimes life gets in the way and if you have missed an appointment they will politely remind you to get it done. Staff is very friendly and Terry Gross delivered way beyond my expectations at settlement. This team will go out of their way to help you, is well connected, and overall great people to be around or speak to. DO NOT call those ambulance chasers you hear on the radio. Gross and Schuster is the team to call. Terry, Mallory, Patti, Jen, and Beth Made sure all Is were dotted and Ts crossed through the entire process. I could go on forever about how great they are.
