1 /5 Paola Vasquez: **Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend** I came across Graver Law while searching for an attorney, and their reviews were amazing, so I decided to give them a try. Attorney Graver met with me in my home, which was a nice personal touch, and everything seemed great at first. However, that was the only time I ever met him in person, and from there, I only dealt with his case manager, Carmen. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill quickly. Carmen’s attitude was incredibly condescending, and she was unhelpful at best. Every time I reached out for an update on my case, I was met with delays and had to follow up multiple times. Even then, I was rarely given a timely response. It became so frustrating that I had to email Attorney Graver directly, just to get any kind of attention to my case. When I did get a hold of Carmen, her demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. She seemed to have little interest in addressing my concerns and even suggested I find another attorney if I wasn’t happy with the pace of my case. She went as far as to say that she was too busy with other cases having over 200+ cases, which made me feel completely disregarded. As someone working in the medical field, I felt disrespected by her attitude and lack of communication. To make matters worse, when I tried to meet with the legal team since my case was close to hitting the 1 year mark and get a clear answer on my case, I visited their office in Lake Worth, only to find out they had MOVED to Boynton Beach without notifying me. As a client, I should have been informed of these changes. After a series of unprofessional interactions, I decided to fire Graver Law and find representation elsewhere. I strongly recommend that you be cautious when selecting legal representation. I would never recommend this firm to anyone based on my experience.
