Anissa I want to give props to Linda for expeditiously taking care of an issue with my homeowners policy. I received a cancellation letter over the weekend and of course, I was distressed and baffled because the underwriting reason made no sense. I went to Filichia first thing on Monday morning and after reviewing the photos, it was determined that the problem was not for my property, but my neighbors. Linda called the insurance company and within 5 minutes it was resolved. Woo-hoo, I walked out a very happy customer with a letter of reinstatement in hand. Daniel Howard I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! I started a communications company in 2011 and Sheila was the only one in the state of Florida that took the time to write me a Workers Compensation policy. I had tried 15 other insurance companies in Florida and several in Georgia and Texas, none of them would write me a policy. In my 5 years of doing business with Sheila and Bev, I have never had a problem or a complaint with them or any of their staff. I frequently ask them to send out certificates to our clients and they are the first to get the certificate sent and the first to send an email confirmation back to me. In addition to the Workers Compensation policy, I also have an Inland Marine policy with them, to insure some of my equipment. This year Bev saved me $274 on my premium for the Inland Marine policy!
