Susan Emanuel We moved to Mandarin FL from Massachusetts in August of 2018. We are retired and we needed to find new doctors and health insurance for 2019 year. My daughter, who is in the medical field met Dawn in Walmart. They talk and my daughter felt very confident that Dawn could help us. We contacted her and she came to our home and spent hours going over health plans. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
