3 /5 Debbie Moore: I have been a faithful customer to this bank for many years however, Customer Sevices always been slacking at the Lakeland location.
I’ve usually just dealt with it and ignored it but this morning I came the first lane was closed so the second lane I went into fill out my deposit slip but my card and my money and sent it through. I’ve been sitting here waiting for approximately eight minutes and have not been spoken to once a car pulled up after three minutes of me being here they came to the window waited on him, gave him his deposit slip and all he went. I’m still sitting While the three employees are working there just talking, they have no one in line and they still have not acknowledged my deposit.
Two weeks ago, I deposited money into my account because it was almost in the negative and I usually throw the receipt This time I looked at it and come to find out my money have been deposited into someone else’s account so I had to Of it. No apologies or anything.
My account was recently taken money out by a Roblox game that my grandson was playing and I had sent emails, Weeks and Was not approved and came to the bank and took over 40 minutes to get everything done and the issue was not resolved. There was nothing the bank could do even though I Emails and documentation where it was not approved. Apple said it wasn’t their issue even though Still, I’ve been with the bank many years and they did nothing about it even with all the proof! I think I’ll be looking for a new bank soon because customer service has gone downhill so bad . I’m still waiting 10 minutes later while the girls are chatting and still no one has done anything about my deposit!
The lady finally brought my deposit back Sent it over said thank you for your patience. Have a good day we turned around walked away so rudely .
Hopefully, I’ll get a day off work soon so that I Can look for a new bank, where they really Appreciate their customers and make them feel Like their business is appreciated!
I wouldn’t just write this if this was one time that this has happened, but it’s multiple times even from my last visit inside about the Transactions three customers came in there were three people working, but they all had to stand in line and wait And we’re not told good afternoon will be with you in a moment or goodbye. Have a great day. Thank you for your business. Nothing.! What has happened to businesses appreciating their customers and making them feel welcome!
