5 /5 G Youngblood: After my mother-in-law passed away we contacted one of the attorneys that had prepared some of the will documents asking for some advice. My husband was promptly told that we would need to pay a $6,000 retainer first then they would look into it. Needless to say we didn’t send them a dime. A few years passed while we tried to get some help on how to find an attorney to give us some advice with no luck. Living in the North East while my MIL lived in Florida complicated things. Once again I tried to find some advice about wills and probate in Florida and came across an in-depth article about how estate law can be handled. Mr. David, the attorney was out of town for the week, but Kathleen gave me some insight in what would need to be done for my issue. She set up a call back for me. She was the nicest, and most professional person I have ever talked with. I did receive a call back from the office and set up a phone consultation time. Mr. David, the attorney, spoke with me via phone at the scheduled time. He was professional and caring. He listened patiently, asked appropriate questions and gave us the answers we needed.
