denita kitto We have been with Charles Schwab for many years and have used several different offices as we have moved from a few different cities. First of all the service we get on the phone is always outstanding. We always are able to speak to a real person 100% of the time . In regards to the local office in St Augustine , Justin is amazing ! His personal customer service is top notch ! He is always there when we go into the office and gives us incredible attention . Minette, At the front desk is very personable and efficient.

Marla Maccri My husband sure could use a new bank card. His is worn out and will not work. Tried on line and it said I had to call. Called and spoke to representative and he finally said you will have to go to the bank. Went to the bank and they said no you have to go on line. So cant get a card. Sad!

Being 1st time customers to this company we only read about it on their website, so to have an actual person have ALL THE ANSWERS & help to newbies was in itself AMAZING!!! She was SO HELPFUL! And not only PREFESSIONALLY BUT PERSONALLY as well. Rob Nixon It was a pleasure doing business with the Live Oak branch. Amanda Ulbrich helped us get an urgent transfer completed on the spot even though we were not members of the bank. After taking our paperwork to the Post Office for a overnight package, we returned to the bank and met Roger who signed us up as members.
