Marilyn Brady Just a quick review to say that I had the pleasure of working with Noel Siddall yesterday at the Okeechobee Branch. I seldom write a review, but made this exception as Noel was exceptional. She was refreshing to work with, in every aspect--from her quiet yet confident manner, to her knowledge of what needed to be done, to her consideration of my time. Noel was also able to clearly communicate what steps needed to be taken and in what order, etc., etc., etc. I could go on and on. She is someone who "has it all", and I see her as an extremely valuable asset to Seacoast Bank for years to come. She is POTENTIAL PLUS! So, while Im typing, I want to say that I have seen a very positive change in this branch, as every person I have worked with has been a "cut above"--just like the days past. I would name more names but there are 2 girls of whom I dont know their names and wouldnt want to leave them out. So, "kudos" to management for hiring and training these girls. Keep on with the upward momentum and congratulations!

Rafael de Castro Damasceno I recently opened an account at Bank of America with the help of bank manager Maday Piquet. She explained everything very clearly, and was attentive, patient, and courteous throughout the process. Her excellent customer service certainly deserves the highest rating.

Carolyn Loftus I have known Ryan for almost a year in a business relationship. He is extremely knowledgeable in the financial world. He has answers and great advise in any questions you have regarding where and what to invest your future in. His integrity is outstanding!

Jorge Frank I live in Indiana and use Merrill Lynch. I am looking for a home in Florida and came across the post below while looking at nearby places. I lost a ton of money during the pandemic, but my advisor said to just wait. All the people who pull their money will soon stop, they will loose a ton and then put it right back in and things will get back to normal, I know its hard to do that, I lost $140K was at -23%, but within 5 months was back $230K and +16.5%, so almost 40% change in 5 months, thats crazy. No one would have guessed either of those would have happened. I had just invested my money a few months ago, and thought, I am going to loose it all, but I listened to my advisor thank god. They tell you they dont know the market, because they dont, no one does and if they say they do stay away from them, they are a fraud. They can only base their decisions on history. I have been with Merrill Lynch for almost a year, and have had no issues yet. I have my bank account with Bank of America who owns Merrill Lynch and I like the way they migrate together.

Jennifer Made an appointment to discuss investments with Bob, we talked for an hour. Gave him all my information to have my rollover IRA transferred to his company to have him manage. Sent over the additional information he needed via email and never heard from him again. I emailed him & called his office twice. His receptionist told me the first time I called that he was out of the office. (Which I took as out for a meeting or something) Then when I called a week later she said he was still out of the office in North Carolina. I told her I wished someone would have told me he was on vacation vs just “out of the office”. She laughed and said “well he has an office there & he should be able to return your emails or call you” I told her how unprofessional this whole situation was. After that I still didn’t hear back. Now after a month if not longer I have emailed Bob yet again to inform him and just have it documented that I do not wish to have him handle my roll over IRA and that I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Of course no email back. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to have someone who is professional and reliable.

Evelyn Norris Mary Blackburn was as professional and efficient as usual. I made a call one day, and was approved and received funds into my account the next day. Thank you to the whole Normandy One main team. I always feel welcome and comfortable there. Great team
