The staff there was fast and efficient and my taxes were done fast good prices and they ordered all my documents in an app where it is easy to receive updates and makes it easier for us the public. Again thank you to Mellisa she is the fave of the company when you come in and to me that is extremely important to be comfortable doing business will return.

Doug Dagenais Hello, my name is Doug and I wanted to share a couple of thoughts with you. This comes from a slightly different viewpoint than normal. I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do. The Insight branch located at 501 Currency Circle in Lake Mary has within its walls some of the nicest ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Always smiling, always positive which makes taken care of them as a client an absolute joy! Thank you for allowing me to share an opinion.
