She is extremely knowledgeable, researches complex situations, explains options in detail and makes everything easy to understand. She is kind, conscientious, has a lot of integrity and is so easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend her.

Update: As far as tax preparations go, it was excellent. Joyce is friendly and knowledgeable. Im still not happy about waiting and there was technical problems with paying our fees at the end.
2020 update. Back again and had the pleasure of working with Joyce, again. She helped us with the new W-4s and figuring them out. Highly recommend H&R Block and Joyce is invaluable. I hope we have the pleasure of doing business with her for a long time.
