2 /5 A S: Had no problem taking my money, but when I called to ask questions about the best way to handle an accident caused by someone else, the agent was clearly annoyed by the call and pushed to get me off the phone.
They did handle one claim fairly well (a second star!), but overall the customer service is lacking to say the least.
When I tried to register a new car with them, I couldnt get an agent to answer the phone.
Clear that they did not want my business (only my money), so I have a new insurance company now.
