5 /5 Dean MacIntyre: In April of 2022, I was arrested for defending my home and property from a subject who was refusing to leave my residence. Upon my release, I first tried to handle the matter through the Public Defenders Office. Weeks went by with no sort of contact and it did not appear as though the Public Defender had my best interests in mind. After enough frustration, I finally contacted the Dunham & Ingram Office and I wish I had done it sooner! Mr.Ingram acted swiftly and professionally. He reassured me and helped dispel any concerns I had. He also went through with me and explained step by step how the process would go. When I sent emails to his office or called them on the phone, there was always a friendly voice on the other side that was willing to speak to me. Mr.Ingram responded to my emails promptly and timely on every occasion. Mr.Ingram conducted his research of my case and found that I acted within accordance of the law and subsequently filed a "Motion to Dismiss". Within 3 days, the state attorneys office had dismissed all of the charges against me. Andy did more to help me within a week, than the public defender did within a month. I went through some real hardships money was short he work with me. when my fiancee pass away I started to give up. but Andy gave me a little lite and hope that would get better.
