They are so down to earth, compassionate, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me with a loan for my luxury item and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. I had called the Bulova Repair Company (which was out of area) and was going to have to mail my watch for repair. I am so glad I found Jewelry Works in High Springs and close to my area for this repair. They did an excellent job on my repair and were very friendly and welcomed me to their store location. I will be going back to them for more repair and fixing prongs on my rings

She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good!
