Pierce Management Team, is awesome. Michelle provides outstanding service. She makes me feel like family. I have multiple accounts with Seacoast and she takes excellent care of me very quickly. William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.
