1 /5 Tomas Sjostrom: I recently attempted to retain the services of this law firm. They might be excellent lawyers, but I found the office to be very disorganised and honestly unprofessional. Twice they agreed to meeting times, sent no confirmations, no retainer agreements to review and both times they missed the meeting times. A confirmation of meeting times via email would have easily cleared up any misunderstanding. After wasting 3 weeks of my time the lawyer then had the attitude to argue every detail of the scheduling process with me maintaining they made no mistake, instead of listening to the issues I had and seeking a chance to improve their way of working, much less gaining a new client.

1 /5 Sean Conway: I hired Rebecca and honestly, I’d look elsewhere for someone who will fight for you. Rebecca subpoenaed a witness without my knowledge and cancelled on trial day due to “illness” contracted from a man with a “red nose” then sent me a bill for the hour she was late. Three months later when the opposition got a new lawyer she immediately filed a notice of unavailability. The opposition lied, cheated and delayed and Rebecca just forced continuances. I lost confidence in her and grew weary of her smugness so I decided to settle. It’s hard to believe the ethical lines she crossed.
