Arnold Rodriguez I am writing to convey my experience with Luke Newman. Last year a judge ruled in my favor and the State filed an appeal. I retained Mr. Newman to fight the appeal. Recently, a court ruled in my favor, denying the appeal. I have to say that my experience with Mr. Newman was exceptional for the following reasons: 1. His knowledge of the law is extremely high. 2. He was very thorough in researching my case, which spanned over 20 years. 3. Every time I called the office he returned my message within minutes and he was very easy to talk to, never seeming rushed. 4. My case required an oral argument before three appellate judges. His presentation was brilliant, making the other side seem less convincing. I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr. Newman and I highly recommend him.

Rachael Smith During a three year custody case, Mary McDaniel represented me incredibly well. I cannot thank her enough for all the help, knowledge, and guidance through such hardship. She was very honest, and upfront with expectations and how the process would go. She also was more than fair with her expenses. Christopher Curtis Tara David was excellent in all phases of the will and trust document process from start to finish. She has the knowledge and experience get it done efficiently and effectivly as well as making it a pleasant experience. All completed documents were presented in a handy to find package with both oral explanations and written instructions for when the need arises.

June Tener Sherry Edwards and her office staff were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We called the office in need of a real estate attorney in a rush. I made my choice based on her reviews, her specialty in real estate and her membership on the law review (I’m also a lawyer and know the prestige of law review). She got back to me very quickly and was patient in answering questions. Her paralegal and other staff were also very responsive to my requests. I definitely made the right choice.

Larry helped my parents with their estate planning and setting up POAs for them.
