1 /5 Liliana Davila: I had a disappointing experience with Cloud Law Firm regarding my Social Security Disability application. After they submitted my application, I received a denial. I filled out the appeal and got it back to the law firm but I came to find out from social security that they failed to submit the appeal and it was past the required time which caused me to lose an entire year of back pay. Communication was a constant issue; I frequently found it difficult to get answers to my questions and often felt like I was given the runaround. They would say one thing while social security said otherwise. Fortunately, I found a new lawyer who refiled my application and got it approved in just six months. Unfortunately, the year I spent waiting with Cloud Law Firm cost me greatly. I cannot recommend their services.
