1 /5 Alex Golden: This office is not a good reputation of the State Farm name. Be careful with this place they misrepresent their qualifications saying their financial advisors, when they are legally not, as well as they’re stacking coverages telling you you’re required to have coverages you don’t giving you a 10 20 10 for more things covered for less value and trying to convince you your way under insured with the company you’re already with. as they try to stick me with an additional thousand dollar flood insurance policy that you have to pay at the beginning of the policy saying it’s required when it’s not because obviously they are not looking at the flood zone correctly one thing about me is I ask questions I do my research and I’m not gonna be screwed over and it’s sickening to know that other people have probably fallen into this office’s trap. Maybe State Farm needs to do an audit to ensure that these customers are not being overcharged for something they’re not required to have. They say their reputation means something. That’s definitely not how you show it. You don’t just say sorry we couldn’t help after you trying to stab them in the back. That’s why I took my business to a different office where not only am I saving more money on my auto policy, but also homeowners through the same company which is crazy.
