5 /5 Steven Del Nunzio: Only wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Karly Guiliano has been nothing short of amazing. Helpful, patient, intelligent, easy going, can go on and on. Michael Nieves was equally amazing at the banking center. He helped me through paperwork a local bank was requesting and actually waited for me after hours to process the deposit.....on a Friday afternoon no less. Over all experience top notch. Could not have expected more. Highly recommend both of these wonderful young people.

My contact there Mr Rahil Khan, has proved to be nothing less than excellent at what he does. Not only is he a great numbers man but he is personable and is truly interested in a persons situation. He listens, and I dont believe you can do better than to have him represent you.

Each time I have visited there, I have received exceptional customer service from Mike Nieves. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. In this field, knowledge is key. He is a consummate professional and I trust him. The branch is very attractive and pleasant to be in. And Ive never seen a long line there. Their attention to detail is fabulous. If they dont know the answer to specific questions, they find out the correct information immediately. Well done Mike!

1 /5 Katrina Holley: Poor Experience at This Schwab Office I visited this Schwab investment office in person to clarify a single item and drop off a form. Instead of receiving helpful service, I was essentially laughed at by the two staff members at the front desk. They incorrectly dismissed the form as unnecessary and told me to take a different route. After three frustrating weeks of online chats, phone calls, and unnecessary back-and-forth, it was finally confirmed that the original form was in fact the correct and required one. This misdirection caused a significant waste of my time, energy, and the time of several Schwab and my banking representatives. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed unprofessional behavior at this location. On multiple visits, there has been an odd dynamic between the two front desk staff that adds to the discomfort. I expect better professionalism and knowledge from a firm like Schwab. Very disappointed.
