5 /5 Ciara Molina: First and foremost let me begin by expressing how thankful and blessed I am to have been referred to Ms. Chantal Harrington and the lovely ladies at her law firm (Peggy, Lillie, and Stacey). Not only did Ms. Harrington fight my case with every ounce of energy she had in her, but she fought it as if it were her own case. She believed in my case even when I no longer believed in it. I was ready to throw in the towel on several occasions, but the love and support that I received from Ms. Harrington and her legal assistant Mrs. Peggy Wishneski kept me in this fight and I have no regrets. Their actions showed me that I was not just another case to them. I actually mattered!
My request for disability benefits started back in 2017. I was denied several times and then was told that I would have to either re-apply or fight it in Federal Court. This is where I met Ms. Harrington. She reviewed my file and accepted my case. She was on top of everything, making sure that I had all of my documents in order and making sure that every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. Because my case was handled by 2 previous lawyers, the first one not having done anything with my case, Ms. Harrington and her team had a lot of work on their hands but welcomed me with open arms. Despite having to sort through years of paper work that had zero order to it, Ms. Harrington and her team took this on and tackled it as if it were nothing. It was beyond impressive!
Now, Mrs. Peggy, whom might I add, is as sweet as pie, was always beyond helpful. I have issues with my memory, words: processing/ understanding certain things. Mrs Peggy would take her time to explain everything to me detail for detail if need be. She would also stay in contact with me monthly to update my medical visits, medications, hospitalizations, etc. She is always willing to help in whatever she can. If I do not understand something, she takes her time until I do and that in itself is priceless to me.
These ladies are ALWAYS on top of it. Ms. Harrington and her staff are definitely a law firm to consider if you are fighting a disability case. They dont just fight your case with you, they fight it for you even when you dont believe in a positive outcome. Trust me, I know because that was me. I wanted to give up but these ladies said, "No MAAM, we got this!" And they were right! They won my case and I am forever and ever thankful for their hard work, their dedication, their professionalism, their compassion, and of course for putting up with me... lol
Thank you again ladies!!!! You are all amazing and deserve much praise for all that you do.
Lots of love,
Ciara
