1 /5 RV Queen Of the South: I put this firm on retainer and initially consulted with Robert Pelphrey. Robert set up a payment plan with us and then silence (except for the monthly invoices). Then they sent a letter and cut ties with us. Very disappointing experience in a time when we needed their support and guidance. Update: regarding the response below, I forgot to mention, when I did try to reach our attorney, we were routed to June and I left a message. She called me the next day twice and the second time she left a message and said you’ve been trying to reach me ALL day and she was just going to give my file back to Kelly because she couldn’t reach me. Well, I was working… Very unprofessional.

He was absolutely wonderful in explaining all my options and starting me on the process to help me feel as though I was no longer drowning.
