In that time, their customer service has left me pleasantly surprised and barring unexpected personal needs, I will not bank anywhere else again. Marianela Valenzuela helped me open my account here. She was knowledgeable on all their products and as a result of her information I got a $300 promotion for switching my direct deposit over. Tracey Burrow (branch manager) is fantastic. Every time I’m here it seems like she knows most of her clients by name. I’ve even seen people drop by just to say hi and go about their day. Banking has seemed so impersonal for so long that I’m just grateful to have a positive experience to share. Special shoutout to Kory Gonzalez as well! Always helpful and accommodating and they are lucky to have him. Thanks BofA!!!

Jenn M I exclusively shop at trulieve and I absolutely love their products! I think they have the best out of all the dispensaries around here. They have a great loyalty program as well. I mainly shop here at the Bartow location as it’s close to home, I almost always place my order online. I do the online check in for express pick up. I hardly ever have to wait very long if at all. The staff is always GREAT and helpful, I have never had an issue here. Sad to see all the bad reviews. They will always have my business!
