She walked me through what needed to be done, explained the process and furnished a form to submit, Not only was she very well versed but stayed with me untill it got resolved in my favor. My experience with this firm and its members was extremely good and satisfying. The level of communications was excellent. They always gave me clear, complete and timely responses to my questions.
