The entire staff ( the investigator, paralegals and the receptionist (Mrs Kay) , the attorney) was incredibly pleasant, professional, and always made me feel at ease during what could have been a very stressful process. And it was stressful, as I was entering into a world unknown with car insurance, dealing with bills and injury.
