jay thomas John Gordon contacted me a little over a week ago to let me know that they received a partial payment on an account that was rather recent however the company has been dodging us for months, this was odd because up until completion of the job "fire station in Oceola County" we would have daily conversations with them. We have been in business for over 30 yrs and I can only remember having a collection issue once, needless to say I was quite apprehensive to hiring a collection agency but at this point I have run out of options. In any event we received the first portion of the payment in the mail this morning and we are very grateful for your services. I know that people seldomly take the time to honor great behavior thats why I felt the need to do so. Your company has made believers out of me. If I ever run into another situation like this youll be the first that I call.

Angela Logan Reached out to this company after reading a great review on Reddit. Was able to speak with a LIVE person and not asked to give any personal information. Several texts and a phone call with Scott, who was kind and thorough in explaining options for an RV loan. Appreciated he was not interested in "selling" to me but rather interested in helping me find the best loan for me. I would definitely call them again if in the market for a loan. They certainly have the customer at the forefront. Even the LIVE receptionist was a sweetheart!!

Shay Nelson This ATM is out of service in some way (mostly when attempting to deposit cash) more often than it actually is in service. Im leaving Bank of America as a result of their poor customer service which stems from their ATM not working.
