Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - West Palm Beach (FL)

1 /5 Dr. James: I went to this particular branch of bank america to get assistance with my equity line of credit and I was given the first degree by manager Elizabeth! She thinks shes all that and she is definitely not! She scrutinizes you like you are a criminal when you ask to book an appointmet!! She also discriminates against certain minorities! She told me that someone would be with me in 30 minutes, then she told me it would be an hour or so and sent the banker out to lunch! She lied and told me that she had told me that! Never did! I cancelled my appointment and went to a different bank of america with much better customer service!! I spoke with a very helpful banker when I cancelled my appointment named Elias! They should make him the manager!! Go to the palm beach lakes branch with much higher reveiws! Elizabeths branch has a 2 rating!!!

1 /5 Scott Earnest: This is the worst BofA branch on the planet!! No drive thru window and the is ALWAYS only one teller. You cant possibly get in and out of here in less than 15 minutes. Horrible, horrible, horrible management here. Go to any Bank but here!

1 /5 Thomas Laimo: Had an account in this branch at one time closed my account there because everyone one that worked there was very in helpful. Today I decided to go in for a certified check. There was one man filling out his deposit slip. I went to the front of the line when he was done he came to me and said he was first. I told him that he was not in line. He started to get rude. With me. I was so mad I left and on the way out the manager asked if she could help. I said no. Again very unhelpful. Don’t go there

1 /5 DD Julien: Just left this bank. Stood in line for about 30 minutes and I was #2 in line. Only one teller, 4 people in an office and what looked to be like the Branch manager just walking around trying NOT to make eye contact with the customers. The line grew longer. When I finally reached the counter I asked if they usually have 1 teller on a Friday. Ms Gloria Santiago was so sweet and you can tell she had A LOT on her plate. She apologized and remained professional and calm stating that someone had called out. Her branch manager just watched her take on everything and only helped her find one money bag for another client. Ms Santiago deserves a raise, promotion, bonus, award or something!
