Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Palm Bay (FL)

1 /5 Thatgaltash: This is the worst bank I have ever been to! I honestly called corporate before even walking out the door. George Wooten the branch “manager” needs to go home and never return. Seriously quit your job if you hate it so much cause you are the most miserable person to act the way you do. You don’t value your customers to give them one once of courtesy. He mocked me to my face and told me fine! I’ll help you since you were here first…Just the amount of scoffing and intentional disrespect is unacceptable!! This is the second incident with the men at Bank of America on Babcock! How do you even have a management title with that pompous arrogant nasty personality? This is enough to make me close my account and never come here again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!

1 /5 John Rubio: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give, Mr. Wudrum, at the Palm Bay, FL on Babcock Blvd. a NEGATIVE 5 Star Review, I would. Stay away from this bank! He was by far the most inconsiderate, unpleasant, unprofessional bank teller I have ever encountered. From the sarcastic smirk, disrespectful demeanor, and hideous customer service. I will never step foot in this bank again! BOA please train your staff on “BASIC” customer service, educate, and care.

1 /5 Mohammadreza Bahmanpour: I didnt have an appointment, agree. But, I was there at 09:00 AM, the time that they open the branch. Almost their 1st scheduled appointment was at 9:30 AM. I waited there for 1 hour and the personnel were just walking around and doing nothing. They could definitely help me before or in between their scheduled appointments as they have enough personnel always walking around and doing nothing. They didnt want to help me and they didnt.

1 /5 Bside: One teller on a Friday...Come on.... Ridiculous....Very very slow. Service could be alot better. Stop asking people if they want to open an account. And take care of the long lines

1 /5 Joshua Wojcik: That picture is a Saturday afternoon. The sign says we have to use the drive thru. That lady has been waiting for more than 15 minutes standing there because she doesnt have a car. If youre going to close the actual location, at least walk out with some lawn chairs for clients that have to stand around all day. I know its Saturday and some kind of gas leak or something might force the drive thru to be used. But have a little respect for the people standing in the drive thru in between cars.
