Before I dive into any details, please allow me to begin simply by stating the decision to retain Attorney Alguadich and AlbertMatthews PLLC was the best I could have made. The entire firm have proven to be absolute rockstars! They are so much more than just another law firm; it is almost as if both you and your case become a family to them. Attorney Alguadich and his staff worked diligently on my case, even after normal business hours and weekends whenever necessary. I can personally attest that no other attorney or firm I have historically retained in any state has shown anywhere near the level of dedication, compassion, and drive to fight on behalf of their clients as this firm. I must say that I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of witnessing Attorney Alguadich in action during direct and cross-examination. No matter what the opposing counsel tried to throw our way, Attorney Alguadich was always multiple steps ahead and showed unparalleled attention to detail in every aspect. There was even a time when Attorney Alguadich conversed in open court in a respectful manner about caselaw and jurisprudence with the judge directly. Ultimately, a motion we were not confident would be granted, at least immediately, was granted on the spot. I can truly say that Attorney Alguadich’s legal knowledge, ability to articulate very precise caselaw and jurisprudence under intense pressure, and courtroom professional mannerisms are unmatched. He can be your bulldog voice or the quiet professional waiting for the exact moment when the opposing counsel walks right into the cage he already prepared for them that they never saw coming. If I ever needed representation for a future legal matter, there simply is no other attorney or law firm I would want in my corner. I truly believe Albert Alguadich, Jr., Esq., and his firm the best in all of Lee County, if not Florida entirely. 1 /5 Brianna Goldmann: This attorney was recommended to me by another attorney Daniel Garza , together him and this attorney Albert Matthews brought more stress and heartache to an already difficult time in my life. I really thought it was important to share this because I don’t want anyone to have to go through the same situation. There are many good attorneys out there but Albert Matthews and Daniel Garza are not one of them in my opinion from my experience with them. This firm did not return my email for a week, did not answer the phone, did not call back, and then when I got the front desk on the phone, she told me that sometimes they don’t answer their emails because they don’t have an answer and they’re waiting on one. I told her that it’s just common courtesy to write me back and let me know that you’re working on it. She told me that she would let somebody know that she just works upfront so then Albert Matthews calls me back and starts aggressively asking me what my problems are with his firm, so I start to tell him genuinely and he starts screaming at me telling me that that’s his mother at the front desk and that she would never say such a thing. Why would I make this up? You hire an attorney to help you not to make your life more trouble. After him screaming at me and being very emotional, which surprised me for being a lawyer, I would think that he would have his emotions more in check. He then fires me because I Hung up the phone after attempts of speaking and him yelling over me. He then sent me an invoice for just simply reading an email. He took all of the money that I gave him after he was only my lawyer for 30 days, nothing moved in my case, he did not send me the offer from the other party until I saw it on the invoice and requested it.. Very selfish seems like he is out for the money they nickel and dime every single minute that they spoke with me. There is firms I learned after doing my homework that have a flat rate and care about you. This is not one of them. I recommend James Chandler night and day difference in a human being. Make sure to look for five star reviews because it’s the Client’s voice that truly will tell you what you’re getting into.
