Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond the call of duty with the patience of a saint. First, believe me when I say that I did my homework and their prices are the most reasonable to be found. Some places quoted nearly double. Next, they are thorough, attentive and honest. I have completed two transactions with them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (even if you live out of town) because you can trust them. They are kind and informative through every step of the process. If I ever close on another property, its a no-brainer; I know that they have my back and they are professional. My situation was fairly complicated and they handled it with ease and lifted the burden. Although Ive never met them in person, they have my utmost respect because they clearly know their business and how to address details up front to avoid problems later. Wonderful people. Eugene williams Ive used Duval Fields twice now for taxes and once for another need. Ive also referred two folks to them for tax assistance. Theyre really efficient and great to work with. They make it easy to securely send documents, sign returns, submit payments (eck) if needed. My friends also shared they had an easy experience with their prep as well. 10/10 will use them again. Im sick of filing my taxes and Im glad I found a simple and cost effective alternative.
