The other gentleman in the office at the front desk very nice if Pedro is not in. He’s always there to resolve any issues With the same outcome as Pedro with satisfaction every time.

1 /5 Jose Angel Serrano Sandoval: Beware with the agent at the manteca office, Pedro, he lies about your down-payment, and never tells you about the extra fees, I had a policy with them and ask for an increase in coverage, he wasnt able to get me the coverage I wanted, this was a couple days after I purchased the policy, I got a quote from progressive for the coverage I wanted way cheaper than my liability policy I had with them, I asked him to cancel my policy and asked for the broker fee back since he wasnt able to get the coverage I wanted, and he gave me the run around and at the end he told that they dont give back the brokers fee. Cuidado amigos hispano hablantes no se dejen tomar el pelo por este individuo Pedro, se aprovecha de la gente que no habla inglés, tengan cuidado y mejor coticen su seguro por otro lado, que lastima que en vez de ayudar a su gente la quiera fregar.
