Rika VL I recommend Doug Williams and his office manager Kristi Scherbaum very highly to anyone who needs financial advice and who wants to secure their family’s and their own future. Doug is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and top-notch with his recommendations for investments. He is easy to talk to and very responsive to calls/questions you might have. He doubled some of my investments in only one year! Kristi also is top-notch. Very professional but also easily approachable, quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and truly caring. These are attributes I have equally found in Doug. Sophia Hanke I was informed on the phone since I submitted a dispute I would have to get a new card from a branch. When I received the phone call from corporate it was already 1:30 on a Saturday. I looked for the closet branch and found this one, they were going to be closing at 2pm. I went in and was greeted. I sat down and waited. At around 1:45/1:50 James was able to help me get a new debit card. He was so friendly. I apologized for coming in last minute and he assured me that it was okay. He didn’t rush me and was really polite. This was my first time experiencing this branch and he did a wonderful job! Thank you James!
