3 /5 larry rock: I went to the Seaside branch of Central Coast Credit Union this morning To find the bank went out of business The signs were gone ,ATM machines gone like there never was a bank there I was just there two weeks ago and no signs that they were leaving Another credit union Wescom sent me mail Regarding the purchase of Central Coast But said nothing about closing the branch And even included the Seaside branch on their paperwork and mentioned how smooth the transition would be starting June 1 A month away. Hope they didnt make off with my money!

1 /5 Bryan Sergot: No longer local. Swapped to wescom from ccfcu. Timed it for a weekend. Terrible business practices. Atm wont even let you set your pin. And theres 20 people in line because everything is so screwed up

1 /5 Darla Jensen: Six weeks ago my CCFCU debit card was compromised. I reported it immediately & canceled the card! Went that same day picked up the SPD report & handed it over to the teller! Filled out the appropriate paperwork! Called three times to follow up on the fraud/investigation & still NO ANSWER as to what is going on!!! Very unsatisfied with their CUSTOMER SERVICE! Seriously considering closing my Accounts & my mothers account! ( Between her & my accounts withdrawals/closed accounts will be substantial)...

1 /5 Sarah Reitmayer: ***Keep looking for a new credit union. This place is not as good as it once was**** The new logo is sad. The old one was a reflection of the central coast and made it truly feel like a part of our community. The new logo does not feel like home. It feels like a business that doesn’t know my community. I can see that perhaps this credit union is ending its era in being my bank for the past 15 years or so. It was a really good bank. I’ve had horrible experiences lately with bankers who could not help me and a manager not knowing banking laws. This frightens me and lowers my confidence in this credit unions ability to meet my banking needs. I had a situation recently where they unnecessarily held my money for longer than they had to. They would not help me, even when I quoted banking laws off the American Banking Association website. The manager admitted he had no idea what the difference was between a regular bank and a credit union nor the structure of a credit union. They did not understand nor care about my rights nor what to do with my money. The manager even spoke with me in teenage level sarcasm. They refused to do the actions I requested them to do saying they didn’t know how or it wasn’t something they did when they’ve done them before and they were within my rights. I will be pulling my account soon. CCFCU is changing. It’s not the credit union I absolutely fell in love with when I first signed up 15 years ago. I don’t feel comfortable having my money somewhere that does not understand banking policies and laws. When I told the manager that I wished to close my account due to their service he responded “go ahead…”. I felt like he didn’t care whether I came or went. That is not the friendly caring customer service I’ve received from CCFCU all these years. I’m truly disappointed.

1 /5 libby rodrigues: ccfcu is not as good as they used to be. The bank atms are often not working. They act like big banks. They dont care about their customers at all. They are out for themselves only. I guess success went to their heads. And theyre new app is horrible! Not community minded.
