1 /5 beto gomez: Wells Fargo Bank does not provide any help to its customers and on the first occasion they take you out of their accounts without any help. I am not talking about the people who work there, I am talking about the absurd policies they have.

4 /5 Annelise Beck: I dont bank here, I occasionally cash checks from a family member who does no problem for the last like 20 years until today, which is just a policy issue or whatever I needed two ids, which the staff here have me a couple options but its not like they run those operations, one I couldnt find and everyone else said to go to Wells Fargo lol I got a copy of my birth certificate, back onto Wells Fargo and they couldnt accept that. Idk who the jerk was that thought needing 2 forms of id for a bank to cash their own checks was a good idea, but if I almost yelled at the bank tellers its probably fair to say they face more problems than necessary for no reason, theres insurance Im sure to cover scamming. I also used to give a thumbprint, which hasnt changed much and they have a competent staff that can see the photo on my ca id. If I was scamming my grandpa, theyd have my fingerprints and Id need to be arrested. Insurance covers the loss til Im arrested and pay it back, right? But instead, here in backwards land, I wasted a whole day dealing with jerks instead of visiting my gram like I intended and like 8 other people were involved for no reason, and no real people benefited at all. Im actually crazy now and withguysth mental health crisis at an all time high, why add another straw going all over dumb Ukiah. I am never getting a bank account

1 /5 Loraine Wilder: This place is a pathetic excuse for a business. I have been coming here for 7 years and it has NEVER been an in and out experience. I try to do most of my banking online and through the ATM but sometimes need to go into the branch and the wait is interminable. The customer service is the worst. I don’t recommend Wells Fargo Bank for any thing.

5 /5 Nikolas Miler: Victor is very professional when speaking on the phone, and only wants what’s best for his customers, rather than make you an appointment to come on in, if the problem is solvable whilst on the phone with the customer, he tries his best to remedy the situation to save the customer time and money.

3 /5 Yenfu Li: Update #2, 2024-12 As usual, frequently there is a long line waiting. However, I did see increased staff number trying to serve the customers ASAP. During 2024, I went to this bank for a few times, and I only wait for 5-10 minutes. There is obvious improvement. Therefore Im now updating the rating to 3 Stars average. _____________________ Update #1, 2019-08 This bank is severely under staffed, most of the time, the line is having more than 10 customers waiting, and only One banker to deal with special service, even with appointments, I was still waiting and waiting, sometimes more than 30+ minutes, I seriously suggest everyone find a different bank for financial service. __________________ 2017, totally under staffed, the worker here is polite and friendly, they try very hard, but, its always packed full with waiting customers, sometimes the wait is so long...... Im deeply disappointed that the head quarter not solving this problem. Again, the workers here is not at fault, they work hard and friendly, its simply not enough crew in this store.
