1 /5 Nicole Victor: I don’t understand the point of this bank having 7 employees behind the counter but only two tellers helping people. Every time I come in here it’s the same thing. Waiting in a long line forever just to watch the workers sit there and look at us wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What are they being paid for?

4 /5 Stephanie D.: Armida assisted me with closing an account. She provided great customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond on settling the closure and was super sweet. Only dislike is trying to get someone on the line when you call this branch.

1 /5 Neville Hennings: Dismal, service is awful, I can remember a time I love been here that the line isnt super long and today its out the door and around the side of the bank. youd think there giving away a free toaster! Wells Fargo is an example of what lack of service looks like. Upon getting inside I saw only one teller working three others standing around. If my employer didnt bank with these guys I wouldnt be here.

5 /5 Tiffany Jenkins-Nelson: I just want to say since Ive been coming here for 5 years, their customer service has been excellent! There hasnt been a time that I havent gotten the help I needed, and to me going there was like therapy! From the security at the door, the employees taking your name for waiting purposes or getting to the Windows for cashiers checks or whatever business I have need to take care of has been exceptional. All the women be dressed to kill and they are very professional. Keep up the good work! They cant please everybody because everybody dont carry themselves like me! Lol I feel like VIP when I walk in the door but thats the experience I choose.

1 /5 Carol m Fernandez: I dont recommend a place with bad service, they never answer the phone, apart from that you make an appointment and they make you wait for a long time when they already attend to you, they start talking about their life or things when in reality they should be doing their job since one is going to the agency. Why do you need to complete the procedure not to have a sociable life since everything must be done in due course?
